We first began working with i-4business over 10 years ago when we designed and built a new website for their business. Since then, we've assisted with various ad-hoc marketing needs, including digital graphics, web landing pages, and additional website functionality.
In 2019, tasked us with improving their 5-year-old website. We carried out a full content and design refresh, which we were able to complete without the need for a new website. This approach saved them a significant budget and resulted in a fivefold increase in leads.
In 2024, we undertook another refresh, once again in a highly cost-effective manner. We've been responsible for delivering various monthly marketing communications, including email campaigns, digital marketing, social media management, and website content updates. We work in close collaboration with i-4business’s management team, meeting each month to regularly review campaign results and determine the focus and content for upcoming marketing initiatives.

i-4business Web Design
We built the original i-4business website in 2005. After completing a site audit in 2019 thanks to having used the Concrete 5 Content Management System (CMS) we were able to update the existing site rather than build a new website from scratch, saving significant budget outlay and protecting original investment.
Work included a complete redesign, full content restructure and copywriting, SEO and the creation of bespoke graphics and icons. Since launch additional work has been completed including the design and build of dedicated landing pages to support lead generation marketing activity.
We also review SEO performance and add new content each month. The website has a chat facility and blog.
i-4business Prospect Email Design
As part of the ongoing outsourced marketing services we provide to i-4business we were tasked with providing a series of emailers to go out to prospects on a monthly basis highlighting the key benefits of the i-4business database as well as various special offers.
We handle all elements of each monthly email including design, bespoke imagery requirements and copywriting plus project management of the email send each month as well.
Accompanying web landing pages are created to support the mailers as required.
i-4business Email Newsletter Design
We also provide a monthly email newsletter which goes out to existing customers and users as part of the ongoing outsourced marketing services we provide to i-4business.
To do this we designed a new email newsletter template which could accommodate regular updates using different types of content.
We handle all elements of each monthly email newsletter including design, imagery and copywriting plus project management of the email send each month as well.
Accompanying web landing pages are created to support the mailers as required.
